at Holy Cross which is being run on a more regular basis.

| Summer Holiday Cafe Services | Last summer many took advantage of the Cafe Service each Sunday in the Memorial Hall. So many that we will do the same this summer. If or when you are not away why not come to the Memorial Hall at 10a.m. on the following Sundays and join us for some family orientated and very relaxed worship on 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th August.
The 31st August will be an All Age Communion at Holy Corss at 10a.m., we will then start the Autumn off on Sunday 7th September with our usual Cafe Service we have on the first Sunday of the month - See below |
| Cafe Services | A new format has started in the Memorial Hall this year a) They take place more often - first Sunday monthly. b) Filter coffee will be served! Sunday school groups will be part of the service, as will creche. c) We will still meet at the Memorial Hall but the Cafe will be open from 9.20am with service starting at 9.45am, so Sunday school groups can do registration. These services are designed to be relaxed, informal and a place to get to know each other. |

| Holy Cross Prayer Group | You are very welcome to join us on the 4th Thursday of the month to pray or/and to receive prayer.We will be praying for each other and the work of the church. Please phone 739534 or 738695. |
| Homegroups Encourage Spiritual Growth | If you are not yet a member of a homegroup do consider joining one. They are an ideal way to learn, an
opportunity to discuss your faith and a good way to get to know a small group of people well, especially if you are new to the church. There are groups meeting on different evenings during the week and some meet during the day. Please contact Juliet on 737267 - all welcome. |

| St Mary's Church, Langley | Art Show on Saturday 27th September from 11-4pm. Local artists will be showing their work along wth photographs and jewellery. Ploughman's Lunch available - free entry. |
